Hey my name is Bailey, I’ve been doing nails since I was 4 years old! Of course I started with polish and then went up from there:) I then finally got a chance to do acrylics with the Kiss Acrylic Package from Target lol. From there I fell absolutely in love with anything that had to do with nails. The science, the business side of it, clients, materials, everything about it I loved. So I went to Baldwin Beauty school and graduated the same year I graduated high school (2022). I then got my license the end of that year and worked at multiple spas as a nail tech until I was finally able to own my own business. This is everything I’ve ever dreamed of and I’ll be forever grateful for my stepdad Jason Coleman, my mom Melanie Coleman, my grandpa Russell, my grandma Peggy, My boyfriend Derek Helser and my best friend Isabella Camera. They have always been my biggest support and Isabella is the reason why I decided to become a nail tech. What makes me a good nail tech is I’ve always cared deeply about each individual client. I will always choose a service that fits best to your needs, while still being able to have a healthy happy nail bed. I offer a calm yet girly environment. Whether a client is a talker and music in the background, or someone who just wants to sit and relax + a movie. I’m perfectly happy with both. :) I hope to make everyone’s nail dreams come true and I’m always welcoming new people. Thank you for reading!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Location: Image Studios, Cedar Park TX. (Suite 127) - Your card needs to be on file in order to book and deposit must be paid, this is whenever a client is a no show or cancels on the same day of the appointment, I’m still able to make money and protect myself. - If you’re getting any type of add-on, you need to separately add those services on along with your regular service. (This is under the “Nail art add-ons” service) - If you’d like to cancel, this needs to be atleast 2 days before your booked appointment. If less than those 2, I will keep the $20 deposit. This is also non refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 2 days of your original appointment date, your deposit will only be transferable if the new appointment is scheduled within the same calendar month, based on my availability. If we are unable to find an available spot within the same month, your deposit will be forfeited, as this will be considered a cancellation. - You must run it by me first if you’d like To bring a guest. If so, guests can not be younger than 14. - I take card, cash, and tap to pay/Apple Pay. - I’m a licensed nail technician I am allowed to refuse service to anyone if so. - Ya’ll have a 10 minute grace period, if late beyond that I will not be able to take you and your deposit will be non refundable. I will always welcome guests but if your late to your service this means Im cutting into my next clients service. - If removal is needed PLEASE notify Me before hand or book a removal with your service. - If you’d like your nails done at a specific time, it is your responsibility to book accordingly to that. - If you arrive early, please try not to come more than 10 minutes before your appointment, as I need time to clean up between clients. If my sign says ‘Do Not Disturb,’ please have a seat in the black chair outside my suite. Thank you! - The card that you have on file is completely private and can only be seen on your end. I do not have any access to the card and there are no numbers visible to me. - If getting a pedicure, toes need to be bare or can have regular polish on them if so. I will only do toe removals if it’s my own work. - If you have active fungus I unfortunately will have to refuse service. This is for my own safety as well as yours and others. Fungus can be EXTREMELY easy to spread and I can’t take that risk as a licensed nail tech. - If you are allergic to latex please let me know. (I wear latex gloves during each service) - Once service is complete, that amount is non-refundable and will be paid once service is complete, before you leave. - If your late(10min) /no show 3 or more times, you will have to pay the full amount of the service you selected, to book your future appointments. This is called “Nail Jail 💅🏼” - No walk ins, appointments only. (I do take same day appointments tho) - To respect my time and other clients waiting for appointments, I have a 50% No-Show Fee in place. If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior communication, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service total. This fee applies ONLY to no-shows. Same-day cancellations or cancellations within 48 hours will continue to follow my existing policy, where your $20 deposit is retained. - Clients must notify me within 7 days of their appointment if there are any issues with their nails. Concerns must be due to reasonable service-related issues (such as lifting, chipping, or breakage not caused by impact or misuse). Issues caused by picking, ripping, biting, excessive force, improper care, or accidents are not considered service-related. Failure to communicate concerns within the 7-day window will be assumed as satisfaction with the service.
